Established in 2012 and rebranded in 2023, the Samoa Trade and Investment Council (STIC) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to strengthening economic, trade, and investment ties between Samoa and the world — with a strong foundation in New Zealand.
The New Zealand Samoa Trade and Investment Commission (NZSTIC) was established in 2012. The organisation works to strengthen the economic and social ties between New Zealand and Samoa by promoting and facilitating trade, investment, and development.
In 2023, the name was changed to Samoa Trade and Investment Council to better reflect our vision and mission of providing advice and guidance to businesses and organisations looking for trade and investment opportunities with Samoa. The Samoan saying, “O le tele o sulu e maua ai figota” is true, the more we collaborate and shine our light on our journey the more help and success we will have achieving our goals.
